How to play

You are the mint hex. Your target is the dot with the honey ring — you always know where it is. Somewhere among the other dots is your hunter. Every turn you choose one thing to do, and when the clock runs out everyone moves at the same time.

Catch

Move up to 3 hexes per turn. End your move on your target’s hex or on any of the six hexes around it — that’s a catch. You don’t have to land on it: the whole ring around your target counts.

  • A catch is worth 7 points and makes you one hex faster for the rest of the game (up to +3).
  • Your target is out, and you take over its target.
  • Careful: your hunter catches you the same way.

Guess your hunter

Think you know which dot is hunting you? Tap Guess hunter and point at it. Watch the trails: a dot that keeps closing in on you is suspicious.

  • A guess costs your turn — you stand still.
  • Right: your hunter is out and you get 5 points. The next one in the chain now hunts you.
  • Wrong: your hunter is told you guessed wrong — so they know you haven’t spotted them.
  • If your hunter catches you in the same turn, the catch wins.

Stealth move

Once per game you can move without anyone seeing where you went.

  • For one turn everyone — your hunter too — sees a ghost (a dashed dot) at the hex you left.
  • After the next turn your real position shows again.
  • A stealth move can’t catch: it’s for escaping, not for striking.
  • Ghosts can’t be guessed — nobody is there.

Points and the end

Catch = 7, correct guess = 5, every hex you move = 2. The game ends when 3 players are left; everyone is ranked by points, also the players who were caught. In ranked games your place changes your rating.
